📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's hiring needs and job requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide suitable candidates.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Contribute to the development of a positive employer brand within the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
