As our HR Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team during the maternity leave cover period. You will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks, including employee relations, HR administration, and HR reporting. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure that all HR processes are running smoothly and that our employees are well-supported during this time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with HR administration tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team
• Assist with the organization of HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions
• Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR services or a related field
• Proficient in using HRIS software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus
