This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, ensuring that it is profitable and sustainable.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant's staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and evaluate the restaurant's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
