📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide first-line technical support to clients and internal teams.

Document and track service requests and incidents.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.

Monitor and maintain service desk performance metrics.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices.

Provide training and support to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Proficient in German, both written and spoken.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience in a service desk or technical support role.

Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.

Familiarity with common service desk tools and software.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Willingness to travel as needed.
