Store City Abadi is seeking a Site Engineer to join our team in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. This is an immediate opening for a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee and manage our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction management, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure that all construction activities are carried out safely and efficiently.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify any issues.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide technical guidance and support to site teams.,Maintain and update project schedules and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various sites.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in construction management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
