📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage accounting staff and provide training and development opportunities.,Conduct financial audits and reviews.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements.,Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
