📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage and develop the team, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure a motivated and productive workforce.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the pharmacy.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including pharmacy laws and health and safety regulations.,Manage the pharmacy's budget, ensuring financial stability and profitability.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.,Promote the pharmacy's brand and image, both internally and externally.,Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in the pharmacy's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, business administration, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a pharmacy setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,A proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.,A strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the latest trends and developments.,Experience in budgeting and financial management is highly desirable.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is essential.
