📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
