Cafe Dian Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Strong understanding of coffee and the food and beverage industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and culture is a plus.
