📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular physical and cycle count inventories across multiple retail locations in Bali.
• Use SAP and Excel to record, analyze, and report inventory data accurately.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with store managers and inventory teams to improve inventory management practices.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or retail audit.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
