📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services,Build and maintain a database of potential customers,Follow up on leads and convert them into sales,Provide excellent customer service and support,Achieve monthly sales targets,Report on sales performance and customer feedback,Assist in organizing and participating in sales events and promotions,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market developments

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Passionate about customer service and sales
