In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of laboratory technicians, ensuring that all tests are conducted according to international standards such as ISO 17025 and ASTM. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of new testing methodologies, and providing technical support to field teams. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring adherence to quality assurance and quality control protocols.
• Manage a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality test results.
• Develop and implement new testing methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations, including ISO 17025 and ASTM standards.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of laboratory processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support to field teams, ensuring that all samples are collected and handled according to laboratory protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mining and environmental projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in laboratory processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a laboratory setting, preferably in the mining or environmental sectors.
• Certification in quality assurance and quality control, such as ISO 17025 or ASTM E177.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments and techniques, including XRF, ICP-OES, and GC-MS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Ability to travel to remote locations as required.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
