Duta Gilang Cafe & Coffee is looking for a talented Lead SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve our online presence.

As a Lead SEO Specialist, you will work closely with our content team, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our website and digital assets are optimized for search engines. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing SEO performance, and providing regular reports to the management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve our online presence,Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement,Optimize website content, structure, and technical aspects to improve search engine rankings,Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console,Provide regular reports to the management on SEO performance and recommendations for improvement,Work closely with our content team, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our digital assets are optimized for search engines,Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices,Develop and implement training programs for the SEO team to ensure that everyone is up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,3-5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency or in-house role,Proven track record of success in improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic,Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO,Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative attitude
