VEGA Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our team in Bogor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and providing strategic advice to the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all tax-related activities, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.,Provide strategic advice on tax matters to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency.,Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate, individual, and payroll taxes.,Conduct audits and reviews of tax-related processes to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.,Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all tax-related activities.,Provide training and support to junior tax staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax-related role, with the last 3 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with tax software and systems.,Certification in tax-related fields is a plus.
