🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a similar industry or organization.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and other stakeholders.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Experience in project management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant applications.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
