🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in power electronics design and development, with a proven track record in leading R&D projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Altium Designer, and PSpice.
• Strong understanding of power converter topologies, control strategies, and thermal management.
• Certifications in power electronics design or relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
