📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the electronics industry.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
