📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure availability of ingredients.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Proficiency in using management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
