📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
