📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store audits and quality control activities.,Promote the store and its products through effective marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and customer preferences.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
