📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet customer demands and company standards.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries through proper inventory management and cost control.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to maintain high standards and improve skills.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless production and delivery of pastries.,Participate in product development and innovation to stay ahead of market trends.,Maintain a clean and organized pastry department, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Ability to manage and lead a team of pastry chefs.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
