📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sports and recreation programs that align with the needs and goals of our clients.,Oversee the scheduling and coordination of sports events, workshops, and activities.,Ensure the safety and well-being of participants by enforcing safety guidelines and regulations.,Maintain and manage sports equipment and facilities, including inventory tracking and maintenance scheduling.,Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide personalized solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sports and recreation programs, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.,Build and maintain strong relationships with sports teams, coaches, and other stakeholders.,Promote a positive and inclusive environment that fosters teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports management, event coordination, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sports rules, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sports equipment and facilities management.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Certifications in sports safety, first aid, or coaching are a plus.
