📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance checks on production equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce repair costs.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and reporting any hazards.
• Assist in the calibration and testing of equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• Participate in equipment upgrades and modifications, working closely with engineers and technicians.
• Provide technical support to production teams, addressing equipment-related queries and issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar systems.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various locations within the company's facilities.
