📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Handle salary calculations, tax deductions, and other payroll-related tasks.
• Manage leave requests and absences, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to the finance department and management.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual payroll summaries and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries to employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records and databases using payroll software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Provide support to the finance team during audits and other financial reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Proficient in using payroll software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
