📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and engage top-tier talent for various projects through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements of our projects.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Collaborate with project managers and hiring teams to understand project needs and requirements.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to final onboarding.
• Provide regular updates on the status of recruitment efforts and candidate pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
