📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our luxury villas.
• Use specialized cleaning tools and equipment such as steam cleaners, vacuum cleaners, and microfiber cloths.
• Follow a detailed cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of the villa are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies, including detergents, disinfectants, and linens.
• Inspect villas for any maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with the villa operations team to ensure smooth and efficient cleaning processes.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction with the cleanliness of their accommodation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as steam cleaners, vacuum cleaners, and microfiber cloths.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
