📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
• Provide training to employees on HSSE best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Monitor and report on HSSE performance metrics and KPIs.
• Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses to prevent future occurrences.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSSE administration.
• Certification in HSSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
• Proficient in using HSSE management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of achieving HSSE targets and objectives.
