📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of biotech researchers and scientists, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Spearhead the development and execution of innovative biotech projects, from concept to commercialization.
• Conduct and oversee clinical trials and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and commercialization.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's competitive position in the biotech market.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence within the team.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and events to build strategic partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for new product development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in biotechnology, with a proven track record in leading research and development projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Clinical Practices (GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, software, and tools such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, and bioinformatics tools.
• Experience in regulatory affairs and compliance with international standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, PIC/S).
