In this role, you'll manage project timelines, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Utilizing tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera, you'll oversee the construction of HVACR systems, guaranteeing high-quality results and client satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire construction process of HVACR systems, from engineering to commissioning.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize project management software like Primavera and AutoCAD to plan and track project progress.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and construction teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVACR construction management, preferably in EPC projects.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Strong understanding of HVACR systems and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
