📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist retail managers with store setups and merchandise displays to ensure a visually appealing and organized shopping environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and professional assistance to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and staff to resolve any issues related to store operations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the mall, including common areas and restrooms.
• Assist in the organization of events and promotions to create a vibrant and engaging shopping experience.
• Support the mall’s marketing efforts by promoting new arrivals and special offers to shoppers.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of mall-wide events and activities to create a memorable experience for visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail operations, mall management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
