📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and Oracle systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Oversee the storage and distribution of materials within the project warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent shortages.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Assist in the planning and execution of logistics operations for project materials.
• Provide support to the project team by ensuring materials are available when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or construction project environment.
• Proven experience with inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety and quality control procedures.
• Certification in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
