Field Supervisor / Coordinator - Technical Site Management
PT Sarana Surya Indonesia is seeking a Field Supervisor / Coordinator to oversee and manage technical operations at our project sites in Surabaya. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of fieldwork, coordination with external parties, and adherence to technical standards. As a Field Supervisor / Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that all technical aspects of our projects are executed flawlessly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage technical operations at project sites in Surabaya
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to technical standards
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management
- Manage and mentor a team of technical personnel
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of technical standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
- Knowledge of safety management systems and practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required
