📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage logistics and deployment activities, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of logistics and deployment projects, using tools like Jira and Trello.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics and deployment activities, using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Support the logistics and deployment team in maintaining and updating inventory systems.
• Assist in the coordination of transportation and storage activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics and deployment team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics and deployment policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and deployment support roles.
• Proven experience in using logistics and deployment management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and deployment best practices and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
